A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Lester and Paula Montz to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2004-05 for resubdivision of Lot 27-A, Sq. U, Good Hope, St. Charles Parish, La. into Lots 27A-1 and 27A-2 with a waiver to the minimum required width from 60-feet to 59-feet for Lot 27A-1.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to minimum width for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, Lester and Paula Montz, wish to subdivide Lot 27-A of Sq. U, Good Hope, St. Charles Parish La. into Lots 27A-1 and 27A-2; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner wishes for a waiver to the minimum required frontage width for Lot 27A-1 from 60 feet to 59 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Lester and Paula Montz to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2004-05 for resubdivision of Lot 27-A, Sq. U, Good Hope Subdivision into Lots 24A-1 and 27A-2 with a waiver from the required width for Lot 27A-1 from 60 feet to 59 feet.
