Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the land use zoning reclassification from R-1A to R-1AM at 309 West Lawson Street (Lot 11, Sq. 16, New Sarpy Subd.), New Sarpy, as requested by Trevine Lewis.
Body
WHEREAS, the applicant, Trevine Lewis, requests rezoning of property located at 309 West Lawson Street New Sarpy from R-1A to R-1AM; and,
WHEREAS, the St Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Department recommended denial of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission recommended Denial of the request at its regular meeting of November 5, 2015.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, to approve a change in land use zoning classification from R-1A to R-1AM at 309 West Lawson Street (Lot 11, Sq. 16, New Sarpy Subd.), New Sarpy, as requested by Trevine Lewis.
SECTION II. That the St. Charles Parish Department of Planning & Zoning is authorized to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect this reclassification from at 309 West Lawson Street (Lot 11, Sq. 16, New Sarpy Subd.), New Sarpy, as requested by Trevine Lewis.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:




And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2015 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
