IN MEMORIAM
WHEREAS, on August 24, 2000, Almighty God, in His Infinite Wisdom, saw fit to call from amongst us one of His most worthy servants, Katherine Stipe; and,
WHEREAS, Katherine Stipe was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and a dedicated Public Servant; and,
WHEREAS, Katherine Stipe was employed by the Parish of St. Charles for over thirteen (13) years, working in the Parish Courthouse; and,
WHEREAS, Katherine Stipe was known by her fellow workers as a friendly, compassionate, good person, always willing to help others; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of all citizens of St. Charles Parish, the Parish Council and the Parish President wish to posthumously honor KATHERINE STIPE as an outstanding and dedicated Public Servant of the Parish of St. Charles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, duly assembled on this 18th day of September, 2000, do hereby express our sincere sympathy to the family of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that when this meeting is adjourned, it shall be done in memory of KATHERINE STIPE.
