Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Freddie J. Coleman - "Good News Construction, LLC" - a general contractor at 124 Janet Drive, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Freddie J. Coleman would require Louisiana State licensing for a general contractor.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Freddie J. Coleman, 124 Janet Drive, St. Rose, La. is for - "Good News Construction, LLC" - a general contractor is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Freddie J. Coleman a home occupation permit for a general contractor.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
