An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation for Brian Schexnaydre for special permission to operate "United Refrigeration, Inc." at 34 Rosedown Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Brian Schexnaydre would require Louisiana Contractor's License for operating a refrigeration business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS;
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Brian Schexnaydre, 34 Rosedown Drive, Destrehan, La., for - United Refrigeration a refrigeration contracting business
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Brian Schexnaydre a home occupation permit for a refrigeration contracting business.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2002 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
