A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Audrey Robert & Mrs. Wilton J. Champagne for resubdivision of a portion of the "Nina Champagne Tract" un-numbered and unidentified portion of a 22.5 ft. strip and Lots shown as AR, BP, HW and AR-1 (141 Crooked R Lane) for identification purposes located in Section 66, T13S R21E at Ama, St. Charles Parish, La. by approving a waiver to the hard-surface frontage requirement for Lot HW.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to the hard-surface frontage requirement; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, Audrey Robert & Mrs. Wilton J. Champagne wish approval of resubdivision of a portion of the "Nina Champagne Tract" un-numbered and unidentified portion of a 22.5 ft. strip and Lots shown as AR, BP, HW and AR-1 (141 Crooked R Lane) for identification purposes located in Section 66, T13S R21E at Ama, St. Charles Parish, La. with waiver to the hard-surface requirement for Lot HW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby provide this supporting resolution to Audrey Robert & Mrs. Wilton J. Champagne for resubdivision of a portion of the "Nina Champagne Tract" un-numbered and unidentified portion of a 22.5 ft. strip and Lots shown as AR, BP, HW and AR-1 (141 Crooked R Lane) for identification purposes located in Section 66, T13S R21E at Ama, St. Charles Parish, La. by approving a waiver to the hard-surface frontage requirement for Lot HW.
