Title
An ordinance asking the Administration to add Early Street in Paradis to the Road Overlay 2000-2001, Project No. P000801.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on June 1, 2001 for the Road Overlay Project; and,
WHEREAS, bids accepted and recommended were for under the budgeted amount; and,
WHEREAS, Early Street in Paradis is in poor condition; and,
WHEREAS, Early Street is rated a 9 on the priority list with ratings of 11 and above scheduled for the Road Overlay 2000-2001.
ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Parish President hereby authorizes Early Street to be added to the Overlay list for this year.
SECTION II. That the Administration is hereby authorized to add Early Street in Paradis to the Road Overlay 2000-2001, Project No. P000801.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2001, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the official journal.
