IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Sheena Marie Candies is a resident of Tangipahoa Parish, residing in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.  She is the daughter of Cindy and Marshall Candies and has one sibling, Wendelin Candies Chiasson; and,

 

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on June 27, 2015, Sheena was crowned the 1st Louisiana Catfish Ms. Queen at the annual Louisiana Catfish Festival Pageant held at the Father Mac Community Center at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands.

 

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
