Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Lot C-7, Home Place Plantation Estates, Phase I, being a portion of Lot B of Home Place Plantation into Lots C-7-A, C-7-B, C-7-C, C-7-D, C-7-E, C-7-F and C-7-G in Section 22, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by Noel Family, LLC and Gilmore-Braud Companies, LLC.
Body
WHEREAS, Noel Family, LLC and Gilmore-Braud Companies, LLC own an undeveloped tract of land in Hahnville, La; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide the identified tract for future development; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Lucien Gassen dated April 10, 2000 for Lot C-7, Home Place Plantation Estates, Phase I, being a portion of Lot B of Home Place Plantation into Lots C-7-A, C-7-B, C-7-C, C-7-D, C-7-E, C-7-F and C-7-G in Section 22, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by Noel Family, LLC and Gilmore-Braud Companies, LLC, is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said plan on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
