Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Melissa V. Berteau - "Reliable Renovations, LLC" - a total renovation business at 64 Carriage Lane, Apt. C, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Melissa V. Berteau would require Louisiana State licensing for a total renovation business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Melissa V. Berteau, 64 Carriage Lane, Apt. C, Destrehan, La. is for - "Reliable Renovations, LLC" - a total renovation business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Melissa V. Berteau a home occupation permit for a total renovation business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
