ORDINANCE NO.                                                                 

Title

An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Agreement for Professional Services with Hartman Engineering, Inc. for Conceptual Design for the relocation of five (5) sewer force mains at Cousins pump station, Project No. S210302; P210303.

Body

WHEREAS,                     St. Charles Parish desires to relocate five sewer force mains in conflict with future T-wall project at Cousins pump station; and,

WHEREAS,                     the projected work includes but not limited to; survey and two alternate plans; and,

WHEREAS,                     St. Charles Parish wishes to contract with Hartman Engineering, Inc. to perform the Conceptual Design for the relocation of five sewer force mains, described the attached proposal of services and compensation.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

                     SECTION I.                     That the Agreement for Professional Services between St. Charles Parish and Hartman Engineering, Inc. for services as required by the Department of Public Works is hereby approved and accepted.

SECTION II.                     That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
