Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Lance R. O'Connor for - "Freedom Electric" - an electrical contracting business at 406 River Oaks Drive, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Lance R. O'Connor would require Louisiana State licensing for an electrical contracting company.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Lance R. O'Connor, 406 River Oaks Drive, Luling, La. is for - "Freedom Electric" - an electrical contracting business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Lance R. O'Connor a home occupation permit for an electrical contracting business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
