An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of John G. Elmer - "Sunnie's Summers" - a business offering swimming lessons at 111 Dixie Drive, Des Allemands, La.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations in which delivery of service or product to customers will occur in or at the home; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of John G. Elmer would provide swimming lessons at the home for customers between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, June, July, and August.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS;
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by John G. Elmer at 111 Dixie Drive, Des Allemands for - "Sunnie's Summers" - a business offering swimming lessons.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant John G. Elmer a home occupation permit for a swimming lesson business.
