Title
An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1A to R-3 at Lot G-V-5-A, Gassen Villa Subdivision, Luling, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by Perryl J. Gassen.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1A to R-3 at Lot G-V-5-A, Gassen Villa Subdivision, Luling, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by Perryl J. Gassen.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from R-1A to R-3 at Lot G-V-5-A, Gassen Villa Subdivision, Luling, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by Perryl J. Gassen.
SECTION III. The Department of Planning & Zoning shall not issue a Preliminary Certificate of Zoning Compliance for any R-3 use on the subject property unless and until an 8 foot high solid wood, medal, or vinyl fence is constructed between the R-3 District and any R-1A District or use.
