A resolution to appoint Ms. Mary Lou Sumrall to the St. Charles Parish Children and Youth Planning Board representing the education community.

WHEREAS: There exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD due to the resignation of the term of Ms. Rebecca Henderson on August 2, 2013 ; and,
WHEREAS: The Council is desirous of filling this vacancy; and,
BE IT RESOLVED, that __Ms. Mary Lou Sumrall 104 Cottage Drive, Luling, LA 70070__________________ be appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment shall be effective as of IMMEDIATELY and terminate NOVEMBER 1, 2014 .

A resolution to appoint a member to the Library Service District Board of Control.
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL; due to the resignation of Ms. Carolyn Tregre on November 17, 2010 ; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that be appointed to fill unexpired term on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and terminate APRIL 1, 2013 .
