Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. P011005, Murray Hill Subsurface Drainage, to decrease the contract amount by $23,657.25.
Body
WHEREAS,      Ordinance No. 04-3-7 adopted March 22, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. P011005, Murray Hill Subsurface Drainage, to Boh Brothers Construction Co, L.L.C.; and,
WHEREAS,      it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $23,657.25 in the contract amount.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. P011005, Murray Hill Subsurface Drainage, to decrease the contract amount by $23,657.25.
      SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
