A resolution to approve the hiring of the firm of Guidry Associates LLC, as the Legislative Liaison for the River Region Caucus.

WHEREAS, on December 11, 2006, the Parish Presidents of St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, St. James and Ascension met to review the proposals and to decide on a Legislative Liaison to replace the firm of Adams and Reese, LLP; and,
WHEREAS, on December 11, 2006, the Parish Presidents voted to hire the firm of Guidry Associates LLC, upon the approval by Resolutions from the Parish Councils of St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, St. James and Ascension; and,
WHEREAS, the members of the St. Charles Council agree that the services received from a Legislative Liaison have benefited the Parish.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of the attached contract for the hiring of Guidry Associates LLC, to serve as Legislative Liaison for the River Region Caucus.
