Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Glenn P. Carman - "Lite 'Em Up Electrical and Maintenance" - an electrical repair and installation business at 160 North Oak Court, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Glenn P. Carman would require Louisiana State licensing for electrical repair and installation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by Glenn P. Carman, 160 North Oak Court, Luling, La. is for - "Lite 'Em Up Electrical and Maintenance" -  sausage making (special orders only) is hereby approved.
      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Glenn P. Carman a home occupation permit for electrical repair and installation
