Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. One (1) to the Professional Services Agreement with Evans-Graves Engineers, Inc. to include a rate for Inspector (Overtime) in association with Parish Project No. P020704 Bayou Trepagnier Pump Station.
Body
WHEREAS, the rate for Inspector (Overtime) was omitted from the original Fee Schedule Time Charge Services, dated August 26, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish requested and received a revised Fee Schedule Time Charge Services, which included the rate for Inspector (Overtime) at $101.25; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to add said rate to the current Fee Schedule.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Amendment No. One (1) to the Professional Services Agreement between Evans-Graves Engineers, Inc. and St. Charles Parish is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
