Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Carmine Frangella to the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission as the District VI Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Carmine Frangella on May 31, 2024; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Carmine Frangella 535 Vial Street, Norco, LA 70079 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION as the District VI Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective MAY 31, 2024 and shall expire MAY 31, 2028.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2024, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
