Title

A resolution to appoint (Retired Major) Lieutenant Sam Zinna to the St. Charles Parish Communications District representing the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Body

WHEREAS,                     there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT due to the expiration of the term of (Retired Major) Lieutenant Sam Zinna on August 19, 2021; and,

WHEREAS,                     it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that                      (Retired Major) Lieutenant Sam Zinna                      401 Evergreen Drive, Destrehan, LA  70047                                                                is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 19, 2021 and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2025.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
