Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 & Final for Parish Project No. S000403, Sewerage, Lift Stations, and Force Main Improvements, Phase I to balance contractual quantities with actual job quantities.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 03-2-7 adopted February 3, 2003 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Boh Bros. Construction Company, LLC for the construction of Sewerage, Lift Stations, and Force Main Improvements, Phase I; and,
WHEREAS, the project was completed by Boh Bros. Construction Company, LLC. for $116,884.43 under the original contract price.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. 1 & Final to the contract for Parish Project No. S000403, Sewerage, Lift Stations, and Force Main Improvements, Phase I to reduce the contract amount by $116,884.43 is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
