Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Act of Donation by the River Parishes Community Development Corporation for certain movable property located at 917 Third Street in Norco.
Body
WHEREAS, the River Parishes Community Development Corporation acquired certain movable property for the Edible Enterprises Food Technology Center at 917 Third Street in Norco; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the River Parishes Community Development Corporation to donate said movable property to St. Charles Parish for its continued use at said Center.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Donation by the River Parishes Community Development Corporation for certain movable property located at 917 Third Street in Norco is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Donation on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2011, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
