Title
A resolution certifying that St. Charles Parish has complied with the bidding procedures of Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2211, et. seq., for the construction of the Des Allemands Boat Launch Project (BA-0237).
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish solicited bids for the construction of the Des Allemands Boat Launch Project (BA-0237), in accordance with the current bid laws of the State of Louisiana, including, but not limited to R.S. 38:2211 et. seq.; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish has submitted to the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority the necessary procurement documentation during the implementation of each project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby certify that St. Charles Parish has complied with the bidding procedures of Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2211, et. seq., for the construction of the Des Allemands Boat Launch Project (BA-0237).
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2026, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
