Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to RJM Enterprises to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2003-17, for a modification of Preliminary Plat with waivers to the minimum required width and square footage for Parcel A and from the required width for Parcel B in proposed Legend Oaks Subdivision, Section 34, T14S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to minimum width and minimum square footage for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, property owner, RJM Enterprises wishes to subdivide Lots 889-A-1-A, 889-A-1-B and 889-A-1-C of the Sunset Drainage District into Lots 301 through 351, Parcel A, and Parcel B of Legend Oaks Subdivision located in Section 43 T14S R20E St. Charles Parish, LA; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner wishes for a waiver to the minimum required width and square footage for Parcel A and from the required width for Parcel B
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for modification of preliminary plat with the waiver to the required width and square footage for Parcel A and from the required width for Parcel B in proposed Legend Oaks Subdivision, Section 34, T14S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La. The property owner is hereby authorized create said Parcels A and B.
