Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract for Engineering Services between GSA Consulting Engineers and St. Charles Parish for necessary professional engineering services associated with the East Bank C Plant Filter Upgrade (WWKS 96).
Body
WHEREAS, the East Bank C Plant Filter Upgrade (WWKS 96) is to upgrade existing filters at the East Bank Water Treatment Plant “C”; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to award a Contract for Engineering Services to GSA Consulting Engineers for said project.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Contract for Engineering Services between GSA Consulting Engineers and St. Charles Parish is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2018, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
