Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Roger J. Murray for - "R.J.M. Services, LLC" - a hotshot courier service at 190 Murrayhill Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Roger J. Murray would require Louisiana State licensing for a hotshot courier service.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Roger J. Murray, 190 Murrayhill Drive, Destrehan, La. is for - "R.J.M. Services, LLC" - a hotshot courier service is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Roger J. Murray a home occupation permit for a hotshot courier service.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
