An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance to change the zoning classification from C-3 to M-1 on a piece of ground approximately two acres in Tract 7 of the C.L. Bougere Estate line in Montz, as requested by Montz Travel Center, LLC.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.  An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, approving the change of zoning classification from C-3 to M-1 on a portion of Tract 7 of the C. L. Bougere Estate in Section 31, Township-11-South, Range-8-East such that the zoning district line will be on the rear or northeast property line of proposed Tract 7-B shown on a plan of Resubdivision by Stephen Flynn dated October 6, 2009 as requested by Montz Travel Center, LLC.
      SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from C-3 to M-1 on a portion of Tract 7 of the C. L. Bougere Estate in Section 31, Township-11-South, Range-8-East such that the zoning district line will be on the rear or northeast property line of proposed Tract 7-B shown on a plan of Resubdivision by Stephen Flynn dated October 6, 2009 as requested by Montz Travel Center, LLC.
