Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Marilyn Ross to the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission as the District I Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Marilyn K. Ross on May 31, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Marilyn Ross 186 Keller Street, Hahnville, LA 70057 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION as the District I Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective MAY 31, 2022 shall expire MAY 31, 2026.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2022, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
