A resolution appointing Mr. Percy Wilson to the New Orleans Aviation Board - Noise Abatement Committee.

WHEREAS: There exists a vacancy on the NEW ORLEANS AVIATION BOARD - NOISE ABATEMENT COMMITTEE due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Carl Cantrelle on December 31, 2005 ; and,
WHEREAS: It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Percy Wilson P.O. Box 5, Ama, Louisiana 70031 is hereby appointed to the NEW ORLEANS AVIATION BOARD - NOISE ABATEMENT COMMITTEE ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective DECEMBER 31, 2005 and shall expire DECEMBER 31, 2007 .

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this _15th _ day of _May__, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
