Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Erin Murray Smith - "E & M Trucking, LLC." - a trucking business at 151 Van's Lane, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Erin Murray Smith would require Louisiana State licensing for a trucking business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Erin Murray Smith, 151 Van's Lane, Destrehan, La. is for - "E & M Trucking, LLC." - a trucking business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Erin Murray Smith a home occupation permit for a trucking business.
