Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 2 and final for the Repainting of Ground Water Storage Tank No. 4 to decrease the contract time by 115 Calendar Days.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 99-5-11 adopted May 17, 1999, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Capitol Enterprises for the Repainting of Ground Water Storage Tank No. 4 in the amount of $125,900.00 and,
SECTION II. That it is necessary to decrease the contract time by 115 calendar days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. Two (2) and final for the Repainting of Ground Water Storage Tank No. 4 to decrease the contract time by 115 Calendar Days.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute this Change Order to the contract.
