Title
An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6 as amended, to change the zoning classification from R-3 to R-1A on the streets of Acadian Trace Subdivision: Acadia Lane, Laura Lane, Evangeline Lane, and Valcour Lane, Destrehan, La as requested by Wendy Benedetto on behalf of the residents.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6 as amended, to approve the change of zoning classification from R-3 to R-1A on all lots of Acadian Trace Subdivision, Destrehan as requested by Wendy Benedetto on behalf of the residents.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from R-3 to R-1A along Acadia Lane, Laura Lane, Evangeline Lane, and Valcour Lane, Destrehan as requested by Wendy Benedetto on behalf of the residents.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2015, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
