Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Frickey Brothers to endorse the Planning and Zoning Commission positive recommendation for a R-3 use in a C-2 zoning district, to construct a four unit complex, at 15101 Hwy 90 (Lot 5A, Square 26), Paradis.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council in conjunction with Special Permit Use request for a R-3 use in a C-2 zoning district; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant, Frickey Brothers, desires to construct an R-3 use (four units), at 15101 Hwy 90 (corner of South Street), Paradis; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular meeting of May 2, 2013, approved PZSPU-2013-06 for R-3 use in a C-2 zoning district, with stipulations limiting the density to four units and requiring that no glare be cast off site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby provide this supporting resolution for Frickey Brothers to endorse the Planning and Zoning Commission positive recommendation of PZSPU-2013-06 for a R-3 use in a C-2 zoning district, with stipulations limiting the density to four units and requiring that no glare be cast off site, at 15101 Hwy 90 (Lot 5A, Square 26), Paradis.
