RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Corey Faucheux to the River Parishes Transit Authority.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the RIVER PARISHES TRANSIT AUTHORITY; due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Corey Faucheux on January 9, 2012; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Corey Faucheux 593 Cypress Drive, Luling, LA 70070 is hereby appointed to the RIVER PARISHES TRANSIT AUTHORITY; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective JANUARY 9, 2012 and shall expire JANUARY 10, 2016 .
