Title
An ordinance approving an Act of Cash Sale, for sewer force main servitude, Lots 8 & 9, New Sarpy Subdivision, for $800.00 from Joycelyn Masson Dittmar.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish is in need of additional servitudes in order to facilitate sewer force mains leading to the new Wastewater Treatment Facility; and,
WHEREAS, Joycelyn Masson Dittmar desires to sell St. Charles Parish a portion of the needed property.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS: that the St. Charles Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Cash Sale attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A".
