RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint an Acting Parish Council Secretary.
Body
WHEREAS, on September 1, 2000, the present Council Secretary will vacate the position; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Council to appoint an "Acting Secretary"; and,
WHEREAS, the outgoing Council Secretary has made a recommendation concerning this appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL do hereby concur with the recommendation to appoint Ms. Nicole Breaux to serve as Acting Council Secretary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL recommend that Ms. Breaux receive a 20% salary increase for assuming this responsibility.
