Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Boh Bros. Construction Company, L.L.C. for the construction of Project P011005, Murray Hill Subsurface Drainage in the amount of $535,964.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on February 13, 2004 for Murray Hill Subsurface Drainage; and,
WHEREAS, Evans-Graves Engineers, Inc., consulting engineer for the project, has reviewed the bids and recommend that the contract be awarded to the low bidder, Boh Bros. Construction Company, L.L.C., in the amount of $535,964.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Boh Bros. Construction Company, L.L.C. for the construction of Murray Hill Subsurface Drainage be hereby accepted in the amount of $535,964.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ____________, 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
