IN   RECOGNITION
 
WHEREAS,      Ainsley Celestine Cook is a resident of St. Tammany Parish residing in Mandeville, Louisiana with her parents Kelly and Brian Cook, and her brother Cameron; and,
WHEREAS,      Ainsley is currently a 6th grader at Tchefuncte Middle School; and,
WHEREAS,      Ainsley enjoys dancing, fishing, hunting, and cheerleading; and,
WHEREAS,      Ainsley was crowned Junior Queen II at the second annual St. Charles Parish Relay for Life Pageant held Saturday, January 24, 2015, at the Paradis Volunteer Fire Department in Paradis, Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS,      Relay for Life is the American Cancer Society's signature activity uniting communities to celebrate cancer survivors, remember people who lost their battle to the disease, and honor those still fighting while raising awareness and funds for the fight against cancer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
AINSLEY CELESTINE COOK
