Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Anthony Perkins for - "Perkins Electric" - an electrical contracting business at 412 Mockingbird Lane, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Anthony Perkins would require Louisiana State licensing for electrical contracting.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Anthony Perkins, 412 Mockingbird Lane, St. Rose, La. is for - "Perkins Electric" - an electrical contracting business.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Anthony Perkins a home occupation permit for an electrical contracting business.
