Title
An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from M-2 to R-1A at property located at Jefferson Highway (LA 48) between Ponderosa Street and Oaklawn Avenue, St. Rose, La., as requested by Kenneth H. Lobell.
Body
WHEREAS, IMTT was established prior to the enactment of the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance and Section VI.[2].4.b.[c]. applies to IMTT that provides existing industrial development shall provide adequate buffer near residential and commercial districts and that the 2,000 ft. requirement of Section VI.[2].4.b.[b] does not apply to the land lying between the subject property and the parallel boundary of IMTT.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from M-2 to R-1A at property located at Jefferson Highway (LA 48) between Ponderosa Street and Oaklawn Avenue, St. Rose, La., as requested by Kenneth H. Lobell.
SECTION II To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from M-2 to R-1A at property located at Jefferson Highway (LA 48) between Ponderosa Street and Oaklawn Avenue, St. Rose, La., as requested by Kenneth H. Lobell.
