Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 84-7-15 to delete the "Three-Way Stop" signs at the intersection of Third Street (now known as East Heather Drive) and Willowdale Boulevard in Luling.
Body
WHEREAS, on July 16, 1984 the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 84-7-15 which authorized the installation of "Three-Way Stop" signs at the intersection of Third Street (now known as East Heather Drive) and Willowdale Boulevard in Luling; and,
WHEREAS, said signs were only installed for a matter of days and were removed over twenty four years ago, however; the Ordinance was never amended to remove the authorization for said signs; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to delete said authorization.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 84-7-15 is hereby amended to delete the "Three Way STOP signs to be located at the intersection of Third Street and Willowdale Boulevard in Willowdale Subdivision."
SECTION II. That there is hereby established, and/or confirmed, a STOP sign on East Heather Drive at Willowdale Boulevard in Luling.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this _ day of , 2009, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
