IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Shawna Marie Cortez is a resident of Terrebonne Parish residing in Houma, Louisiana. She is the daughter of Chad and Misty Bergeron and Shawn and Cheryl Cortez. She has two brothers, Gavin and Tristan; and,
WHEREAS, Shawna is a 2014 graduate of Central Lafourche High School and attends the National EMS Academy; and,
WHEREAS, on June 14, 2014, Shawna was crowned Boutte River Region Lion's Club Miss Queen II; and,
WHEREAS, Shawna proudly represents the Boutte River Region Lion's Club at fairs, festivals, charitable pageants and events throughout the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
