An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 and final for the East Bank Water Storage Tanks to increase the contract time by 92 calendar days and to decrease the contract amount by $32,297.60.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 07-4-10 adopted April 16, 2007, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with D&O Contractors, Inc. for the East Bank Water Storage Tanks in the amount of $3,059,489.60.
SECTION II. That it is necessary to increase the contract time by 92 days and to decrease the contract amount by $32,297.60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) and final for the East Bank Water Storage Tanks to increase the contract time by 92 calendar days and to decrease the contract amount by $32,297.60.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute this Change Order to the contract.
