An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for the Courthouse Fire Alarm System Project P130528 to add three days to the contract.

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13-9-14 adopted September 16, 2013 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of the Courthouse Fire Alarm System Project # P130528 to A.D.S. Systems, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to add an additional three days.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. 1 (Final) for the Courthouse Fire Alarm System Project P130528 to add three days to the contract is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2014, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
