An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from OL to M-2 on a portion of Lot M in T12S R19E of Sections 78, 79, 80 and a portion of 81, fronting approximately 1,327.23 feet along the south side of LA Hwy. 3127 and extending approximately 3,906.95 feet south of LA Hwy. 3127 as requested by 3C Riverside Properties, LLC.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from OL to M-2 on a portion of Lot M in T12S R19E of Sections 78, 79, 80 and a portion of 81, fronting approximately 1,327.23 feet along the south side of LA Hwy. 3127 and extending approximately 3,906.95 feet south of LA Hwy. 3127 as requested by 3C Riverside Properties, LLC.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from OL to M-2 on a portion of Lot M in T12S R19E of Sections 78, 79, 80 and a portion of 81, fronting approximately 1,327.23 feet along the south side of LA Hwy. 3127 and extending approximately 3,906.95 feet south of LA Hwy. 3127 as requested by 3C Riverside Properties, LLC.
