RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to Esperanza Investments, L.L.C., COE #MVN 2007-1681 EKK, WQC #WB 071102-01, CUP #P20070461, for a permit for a proposed commercial development to include 15 commercial lots with associated buildings, roads, driveways, and parking areas as well as the dredging of an existing drainage servitude along the north and northwest border of the project site, Section 81 & 121 T13S R20E; Tract 12; Sugarland Parkway Extension, Luling, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Esperanza Investments, L.L.C., COE #MVN 2007-1681 EKK, WQC #WB 071102-01, CUP #P20070461, for a permit for a proposed commercial development to include 15 commercial lots with associated buildings, roads, driveways, and parking areas as well as the dredging of an existing drainage servitude along the north and northwest border of the project site, Section 81 & 121 T13S R20E; Tract 12; Sugarland Parkway Extension, Luling, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Esperanza Investments, L.L.C., their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
