ORDINANCE NO.                        

Title

An ordinance to approve an Agreement for Disaster Recovery Services with DRC, Inc.

Body

WHEREAS,      St. Charles Parish may, from time to time, experience massive destruction wrought by the impact of a hurricane, violent storms and/or tornadoes; and,

WHEREAS,      it may be necessary to provide massive disaster recovery services to preserve and protect the health and safety of the citizens of St. Charles Parish; and,

WHEREAS,      DRC, Inc. is an experienced Disaster Recovery Company that is capable of providing Emergency Services to St. Charles Parish.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.      That the Agreement For Disaster Recovery Services by and between St. Charles Parish and DRC, Inc. is hereby approved.

      SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
