Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer an OBJECTION to Canadian National Railroad, CUP #P20110220 for a permit to replace an existing 39' ballasted deck timber trestle bridge with three 40' long, 8' x 6' precast concrete box culverts, in Section T12S-R07E, Montz, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
      SECTION I.      That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer OBJECTION in connection with the application of Canadian National Railroad, CUP #P20110220 for a permit to replace an existing 39' ballasted deck timber trestle bridge with three 40' long, 8' x 6' precast concrete box culverts, in Section T12S-R07E, Montz, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
      SECTION II.      That the offer of OBJECTION is issued to allow the Engineering Firm an additional thirty (30) days to review the drainage analysis and model to insure the culverts do not reduce the flow capacity.
SECTION III.      That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
