Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance No. 00-11-18 between Cycle Construction Co., L.L.C. and St. Charles Parish for the construction of the Bar None West Ditch Improvements (Phase II) Project P000319.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 00-11-18 adopted November 20, 2000, by the St. Charles Parish Council approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Cycle Construction Co., L.L.C. for the construction of the Bar None West Ditch Improvements (Phase II); and,
WHEREAS, a certain paragraph in the basic agreement was inadvertently left out of the contract that would reduce the cost to the Parish of the Clerk of Court filing fees.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance No. 00-11-18 between Cycle Construction Co., L.L.C. and St. Charles Parish for the construction of the Bar None West Ditch Improvements (Phase II).

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows.
